🥬 INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup besan (gram flour)
• 1 small onion finely chopped
• 1 small tomato chopped
• 2 tbsp capsicum chopped
• Coriander leaves
• ½ tsp jeera
• Salt to taste
• Water as needed
• 1 tsp oil for cooking
• Curd for serving

🍳 METHOD

  • Add besan, vegetables, jeera and salt in a bowl.
  • Add water slowly and make a smooth batter.
  • Heat a pan and lightly grease with oil.
  • Spread the batter like a chilla.
  • Cook both sides until golden.
  • Serve hot with curd or chutney
